Wyndham Rewards, the loyalty program of Wyndham Rewards, has been awarded top honors in the 2015 Loyalty360 CX Awards.
The awards culminated at the 2015 Engagement & Experience Expo, in Dallas, TX, where executives and customer-focused
professionals convened to share insights, best practices and innovations related to customer experience and engagement.
The Loyalty360 CX Awards honor the brands that are using innovative and best-in-class techniques to deliver customer
experiences that ultimately build customer loyalty.

Congratulations to the winners of the inaugural Loyalty360 CX Awards. These brands have shown that their outstanding
customer experience strategies are making a positive impact on their overall businesses. By using cutting edge tools and
techniques in voice of the customer, employee engagement, customer-journey mapping, simplified processes and more, the
winners are laying the foundation for customer loyalty.
Winners were announced during a ceremony at the 4th annual Engagement & Experience Expo on November 10 in
Dallas, Texas. A field of 44 different brands, representing some of the most valued and recognizable in the world, competed
